Em lançamento de álbum especial de Natal, banda August Burns Red fará shows no Brasil em dezembro
Depois do lançamento do álbum de natal “August Burns Red presents: Sleddin’ Hill, A
Holiday Album” em outubro, a banda August Burns Red divulga agora um vídeo
de animação de “Sleigh Ride”, uma das
13 faixas do CD especial. O álbum sai com o selo da Solid State Records e traz
não apenas clássicos como “Jingle Bells” e “Winter Wonderland”, mas também
canções originais. A coletânea reúne ainda versões remixadas e remasterizadas
de sucessos natalinos como “O Come, O Come Emmanuel”, “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen”
e “Little Drummer Boy”.
“Para alguns, o conceito de um álbum de Natal de metal
pode ser entendido como bobo e um desperdício de tempo, mas eu acho que este
disco tem muito da originalidade do August Burns Red”, comentou o guitarrista
JB Brubaker, sobre a importância do trabalho na discografia da banda. Neste mês
o grupo estará na Europa pela turnê de divulgação. Em dezembro será a vez da
América do Sul receber os shows, inclusive no Brasil. Haverá apresentações em
